I am a dedicated Social Care professional based in Dublin with more than eight years of experience supporting vulnerable individuals and leading care teams in residential and community settings. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, and complex support needs.
In my role as a Social Care Team Leader, I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment for the people we support. I enjoy guiding and mentoring staff, coordinating care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.

In my current role, I lead and support a team of social care workers within a residential service. I oversee daily operations and ensure that every individual receives high-quality, person-centred support.
My responsibilities include developing and reviewing care plans, supporting staff through supervision and mentoring, and working closely with healthcare professionals and families. I also ensure that the service operates in line with regulatory standards and best practices.
As a Senior Social Care Worker, I supported individuals with intellectual disabilities in a residential setting. I assisted with daily living activities, emotional support, and behavioural support planning.
I also worked closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that each individual’s care plan was implemented effectively.
