My name is Sarah Murphy and I am a registered nurse based in County Laois. I have always been passionate about healthcare and supporting people during some of the most important and challenging moments in their lives. Over the years, I have developed strong clinical skills while working in hospital and community healthcare settings.
I take pride in delivering compassionate, patient-centred care and ensuring that every patient I support feels respected, safe, and understood. I enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team and believe that good communication and teamwork are essential for providing high-quality care.
Throughout my career, I have worked with patients with a wide range of medical conditions and care needs. My goal is always to provide professional nursing care while supporting patients and their families with empathy and understanding.

Education
During my studies, I completed both theoretical nursing education and clinical placements in hospitals and healthcare facilities. Nursing programmes in Ireland combine classroom learning with hands-on clinical training and are approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
Work & Experience
In my current role, I provide direct nursing care to patients in a busy clinical environment. I monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and support patients through their treatment and recovery.
I also collaborate closely with doctors, healthcare assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the highest standard of care. I am responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and following all clinical and safety guidelines.
