Job Overview
Healthfelt Global Staffing is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Senior Staff Nurses / Staff Nurses to join our healthcare network. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, support clinical teams, and ensure that patients receive the highest standard of treatment and care.
Senior Staff Nurses may also take on leadership responsibilities, supervising nursing teams and supporting the management of clinical operations within their department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical standards
- Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and assess patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
Skill & Experience
- Experience working in hospitals, critical care units, or specialized departments
- Leadership or supervisory experience for Senior Staff Nurse roles
- Knowledge of healthcare protocols, safety procedures, and patient care standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
