Job Overview
Healthfelt Global Staffing is currently looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our care team. In this role, you will assist individuals who need help with daily living activities, ensuring they receive the care, dignity, and respect they deserve. The position involves supporting elderly individuals, people with disabilities, or those recovering from illness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with mobility and physical assistance when needed
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding when required
- Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients
- Support clients in maintaining independence and daily routines
- Record and report any changes in the client’s health or behavior
- Work closely with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure proper care.
Skill & Experience
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Knowledge of personal care and mobility support
- Basic first aid or healthcare training
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
