My name is Michael Ryan and I am a dedicated Support Worker based in County Tipperary. I have always been passionate about helping others and supporting individuals to live independent and fulfilling lives. Over the past several years, I have worked with people who require additional support due to disabilities, mental health challenges, or other social care needs.

This qualification helped me develop the practical skills needed to support individuals in healthcare and community settings. Many support worker roles in Ireland require a Level 5 qualification in health or social care related disciplines.
Work & Experience
In my current role, I provide daily support to individuals who require assistance with personal care, social activities, and independent living skills. I work closely with service users to understand their needs and support them in achieving their personal goals.
